The Personalized Care Package (PCP) is a brand-new service that allows people to pay for care packages that include personalized car care, car loan, and auto insurance, and a personal primary care package, according to the company.
PCP offers a variety of packages, from $150 to $2,500, for people in the Los Angeles area who have a primary care provider who also provides personal care services.
In Los Angeles, PCP provides services for a number of conditions including diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, cancer, and Parkinson’s disease.PCP’s personal care package is free for residents in the city of Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley.
Residents in the region pay a monthly fee to pay PCP’s premium, which is roughly $100.
Residents can opt out at any time.
PCPs are available in Los Angeles City and County.
PCAs are available for people age 18 and older, and residents can pay a $250 monthly fee.
PCA members receive a $300 monthly rebate, which includes a $50 car insurance rebate.
PCAP also offers a $1,000 personal care service card.
